If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To use GuestPostWatch, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name and email address.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Description of Service

GuestPostWatch provides tools to help users monitor, track, and manage backlinks they have paid for or exchanged.

The Service may include:

Backlink monitoring and alerts
Detection of link removals, attribute changes, anchor changes, page status issues, and indexing status
Automated notification emails sent to sellers or partners on your behalf
ROI tracking and backlink quality signals such as authority metrics and spam indicators
Dashboards and reporting features

GuestPostWatch does not guarantee:

That backlinks will be reinstated
That sellers or partners will respond or comply
Any specific SEO rankings, traffic, or financial outcomes

The Service provides monitoring and notification tools only.

5. User Responsibilities

By using GuestPostWatch, you agree that:

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you submit
You have the right to store and process seller or partner contact information
You will not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes
You will not use GuestPostWatch to harass, threaten, or spam third parties You acknowledge that automated notifications are sent on your behalf and reflect your responsibility.

6. Automated Emails & Third-Party Communications

GuestPostWatch may send automated emails to sellers or partners using Resend, based on triggers defined by the Service.

You understand and agree that:

These emails are informational and agreement-based notifications
GuestPostWatch is not responsible for the content, tone, or outcome of third-party responses
You are solely responsible for any disputes arising from these communications

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. GuestPostWatch does not store your payment card details.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Plan Limits and Fair Use

Each subscription plan may include limits on:

Number of projects
Number of backlinks tracked
Feature access

You agree not to abuse or circumvent plan limits. We reserve the right to enforce reasonable usage restrictions.

9. Data Ownership and Confidentiality

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to GuestPostWatch.

We treat user-submitted data as confidential and use it solely to provide the Service.

By using GuestPostWatch, you grant us a limited license to process your data only as necessary to operate the platform.

10. Third-Party Services

GuestPostWatch integrates with third-party services including, but not limited to:

Stripe (payments)
PostHog (analytics)
Resend (email delivery)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. GuestPostWatch is not responsible for third-party service availability or actions.

11. Advertising and Promotions

GuestPostWatch may promote its services through advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Reddit.

We do not provide advertisers with access to user account data.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Misuse the Service
Engage in unlawful or harmful activity

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@guestpostwatch.com.

Upon termination, access to the Service will be revoked.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

GuestPostWatch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties regarding:

Accuracy or completeness of monitoring data
Uptime or uninterrupted availability
Outcomes related to SEO, rankings, or revenue

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestPostWatch shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of rankings, traffic, revenue, or business opportunities
Actions or inactions of sellers, partners, or third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GuestPostWatch in the preceding 12 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuestPostWatch from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your communications with third parties
Your violation of these Terms
